This is Shreya here. We had recently bought a house through Dennis Dunford. I wanted to provide my feedback about Dennis for our entire process of the purchase.
I have known Dennis for a while now. On one casual conversation I told him that we are looking to buy a house soon in Auckland and would you help me to select the right location and the perfect house suited to us. Dennis was so excited and he told me to come to him whenever we are ready and he would help us throughout.
The house we finally bought was the perfect house we wanted and Dennis got us all the information we needed to make the right choice. He constantly engaged with the listing agent and proactively made sure we were ready if the auction was brought forward. He met me before the auction was brought forward and we discussed about the whole scenario of how to bid and be ready to take the bold decision and win the auction. Dennis had given me immense confidence that we will win the house in the auction. I must say without his support we wouldn't have thought to be bold and take the big jump.
Dennis was so excited after we won that I could see tears in his eyes as he was so thrilled for us.
